Insomnia Helped by Eating Grapes?
According to this news story, researchers at the University of Milan have discovered that certain wine grapes contain high levels of melatonin, a hormone naturally produced by the body that helps regulate sleep. It is speculated that these findings may explain why drinking a glass of red wine lulls some people to sleep. More study is, of course, needed to verify their findings.
